Privacy at CampusMeet

CampusMeet is designed for school-managed parent-teacher meeting workflows. Access to school, student, family, teacher and scheduling information is controlled by institutional roles and authenticated accounts.

Schools are responsible for the information they provision to their workspace and for granting access to authorised administrators, teachers and guardians. CampusMeet uses account, scheduling and operational information to provide the service, protect access and deliver requested notifications.

We do not publish student or family information through the public website. Operational data should only be retained for as long as required for the service, security, legal and institutional obligations.

This page is a product-level privacy summary and is not a substitute for the final jurisdiction-specific privacy notice agreed for production. Schools requiring contractual privacy, retention or data-processing terms should request them before rollout.
